This Privacy Notice page summarizes the various policies and practices affecting the E-Filing.

The Tribunal has the powers of a superior court; some of its rules regarding the handling of personal information are similar to a court of law.

You have the right to request access to your personal information and to request correction of any personal information that appears inaccurate. The E-Filing allows you to modify your personal E-Filing profile information once you log on to the E-Filing.

You may request that your personal information be redacted from disclosure by submitting a notice of motion which is reviewable by the Tribunal.

Information will be used for the judicial process. Incomplete information may result in the Tribunal refusing to process your request. You have the right to file a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you think your personal information has been handled improperly.
